The breakfast was great and outstanding. the personnel was helpful as expected. Very good service was offered in this hotel. the location was excellent and exceptionally nice, next to the center and a national landmark.

Everything was good, the service was very good! I greatly enjoyed the double room with mountain view. A hairdryer, terry dressing gowns, and shower caps were available there. I had a nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the main center of the city. Its location is perfect, very close to the city center and right at the heart of Almaty. The views from my room, especially of the mountains, were breathtaking. The hotel staff were excellent and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast they offered.

No significant improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.
